This week I experienced a fifth dimension visit with Master Jesus and Mother Mary – my first visit with them in my new location.

I hesitated to include parts of this transcript because I know it will bring up all sorts of questions in people’s mind, e.g. ‘What happens to my family members and friends who are obviously happy to stay in third dimension energy?’

My answer to that question is: I don’t know. I really don’t. I am just the messenger so I am passing on this message from Spirit as requested. It is up to you how you receive the information – if you hear it from your heart you will know if it is true for you.

However, I do believe that everyone will be absolutely fine. Ultimately there is no ‘separation’ of dimensions, or anything, because we are all One. I trust the immense love I sense and experience when I am with these wonderful Masters. My heart tells me that all is well. Love is guiding Mother Earth’s transition and will take care of all of us.

Here is what Master Jesus and Mother Mary said about the rest of 2012:

Master Jesus says, ‘There will be a lot of Earth activity – maybe volcanic eruption, earthquakes. This is Mother Earth’s last chance to shake off the negativity that is holding her back. She does so with great reluctance. Certainly the seismic activity will not be as traumatic and devastating as it could have been. The work of millions of lightworkers has made it easier for humanity. However there will still have to be a certain amount of disruption.

All who believe will be guided and told where to go to be safe, because they are open to hear the word of Father/Mother God. That guidance is available to all on the Earth plane. Just open your ears and you will hear what you need to hear, to receive your direction and guidance. But many will still choose not to – they believe their way is the correct way.

The division between the third and fifth dimension is getting greater every day. Third dimension life is pulling away (I get a feeling like a space ship pulling away).

Mother Earth will continue cleansing until it is all done. There will be a great deal of water too; massive flooding. It is like the tears of the Universe are washing her clean for a new beginning. She is so tired. The muck and dross of humanity is hanging upon her. She wants to break free and be with the Light. She wants for all to join her.’

Mother Mary says, ‘Tell people through your website how close we now come to the Earth plane. Our light is all around you now. Much has been done to pave entry to the fifth dimension. It is now very close. You can feel it. It’s just a breath away. It is not difficult at all. It is just a choice. The separation between the third and dimension is quite distinct and complete.

After a time the door to the third dimension will be closed, and those who have made the decision to stay with third dimensional Earth will just get on with their lives as normal – nothing will seem different to them.

While the physical bodies of their fifth dimension friends and family might be around, that is all it is. The actual energy of those fifth dimension beings won’t be fully present – there will just be a small amount left to interact with those people in the third dimension, until the time is right to pull away altogether, in whatever form that will take. The people on third dimensional Earth will be happy – they won’t know the difference.

Those in the fifth dimension will feel a great sense of freedom. All worldly cares will fall away. There will be equality at last. Resources and money will be shared evenly. No one will fight over them any more. There is no need to fight when there is enough for all. That is the way the Universe was designed in the first place – for there to be enough for all.’

My very last regression client turned out to be a Galactic Council member. She saw a gathering of different species, then realized she was standing in front of her Council colleagues and friends (my questions in italics):

What is it like being with them again?

‘It feels wonderful. It’s coming home.’

What happens when you are in the sleep state? Do you meet with the council members?

‘We visit many different Earth experiences. They put me into different situations where I can see what is going to happen. I see things for what they are, people for what they are, energies for what they are. It is creating the truth.’

What is ahead for humanity in the next twelve months? (It is now late March 2012)

‘Upheaval. Humanity is struggling to come to terms with its own being, its own emotion. There will be different countries doing different things. There needs to be peace. But we are watching: the Councils are watching. We won’t let anything happen that doesn’t need to happen. It’s not a good thing, the way it is going, but we will step in if we need to. It is not going to be the end of humanity. It is a level of consciousness that you have to get to, and you have to struggle to get there…’

People don’t understand that struggle has purpose and meaning, do they?

‘Yes, that’s right. Enlightenment comes with the struggle.’

You have just learned that most of your family members on Earth come from different planets to you. How do you connect with them on a soul level?

Vibration.

It’s not about location at all, is it?

‘No, totally not. It’s to do with your knowledge, your cycles of being, your evolvement as a soul. That’s what causes the vibrational level that creates connections with other like-minded souls.’

Why is this person, my client, struggling on the Earth plane?

‘She has lost herself in the human form. She has forgotten her mission due to human conditioning. She needs to take her power and knowledge back…’

It is a striking aspect of Earth life at present – the hords of people who have forgotten their mission. Either they have forgotten or they have deliberately walked away from it after they were reminded.

It is so disheartening for Spirit to see this widespread abandonment of Earth missions. It sets the whole plan for the Earth plane back immeasurably. It also places huge pressure on the rest of the lightworkers, who have to pick up the reins and keep everything on schedule.

I am at the start of an intense twelve month mission. I fully understand its importance: it is why I accepted the mission. During the next twelve months I will be tested to the very limit of my endurance.

My spiritual teacher reminds me, ‘Ask for strength from Spirit. They cannot give you their strength if you do not ask, because this is the planet of free will. No matter how much Spirit loves you, and wants to wrap you in their arms, if you don’t ask them to, they can’t do it! Ask to feel the love…’

I want to embrace the challenging times ahead. I want to remember that each moment of struggle is drawing me ever upwards towards the higher frequencies, closer to Father/Mother God. When life is painfully hard and lonely on the Earth plane, you are reaping bounty beyond your wildest dreams in Spirit. Always remember it.

Mother Mary is here. It is so good to be with her. She wraps her arms around me and gives me a big hug (tears). She knows that I am struggling. She says that is okay to be sad. There is a lot of change in my life right now. The tears are good.

She has an arm around my shoulder. It’s just so nice to feel loved, unconditionally loved (tears). I feel as if I am battered – returning home quite exhausted. Master Jesus is beside me now (tears).

He is putting into my mind, ‘You are being very strong, more so than you think. So many people are struggling now. They are watching you, learning from you, as you overcome everything that is happening in your life.’

I am sitting on a park bench between Mother Mary and Master Jesus. I feel so worn out. They both have their arms around me. They are saying ‘You can do this. Just get through the next few weeks – it will get easier. Once you leave your present situation behind it will get easier. The energy will be fresh. This is old energy you are dealing with now.’

They are both holding my hand, one on one side of me, and one on the other. I couldn’t wish for more comfort if I tried. I feel my strength returning just being with them. I feel that I am really there, sitting on the park bench.

It is like I have woken up. I am looking around. I can feel the beautiful spirit world, see it around me. God, it feels good. I feel like I am home. I feel like I have been through the wars. Jesus is smiling. He says ‘Yes, that is what it can feel like down there. It is your own personal, private war. You are fighting a good fight.’

We get up and walk. It’s almost as if they are holding me up. I have lost a lot of strength, spiritual strength in recent weeks. In the spirit world I am fragile at the moment. The three of us are walking. Master Jesus has his hands behind his back. He is talking gently; it is very soothing.

He says, ‘Everyone who is on their spiritual path and doing their journey is going through great difficulties at present. It has to be that way to adjust the vibration. The vibration is moving higher because of the difficulties.’

‘People who are avoiding their difficulties are not moving up in vibration. They can’t face it. Many people can’t face it. For all the people who are following you, and working hard to role model you, there are just as many watching who can’t do it.’

I am having a long last look around my home in Spirit. I have to return to the Earth dimension shortly. I am realizing just how brave I am to be living on the Earth plane at this time. To consciously leave Spirit every night and return to Earth – no wonder it is so hard in the mornings. No wonder it is hard to get out of bed. No wonder many of us are struggling: we are homesick.

It is leaving behind all the warmth, the joy, the beauty, the conscious love of my Masters and teachers – it is so hard to leave all that and come back to Earth (tears). But I chose to do it. I want to do this work: so many people need help.

As I leave, I reflect on how extraordinary time is in the spirit world. It seems such a long time while I am there, yet it does not. I feel I have been in the spirit world for about an hour and yet it feels just like moments too. The timeless aspect of Spirit is so hard to explain. And the sense of no space too – there are no boundaries in Spirit. It is just space forever.

(PS: This is a shorter article than usual. There was a lot of personal information to help me through this tough transitional time. It was very comforting to learn that things will get easier for me within six months. I just have to remember the words of a loved mentor: ‘Keep on keeping on…’)

As life progresses swiftly and steadily for me on the Earth plane, I am aware of the power of surrender.

Today I am awaiting information about building a little house on a lovely section. It may be achievable on my limited budget – it may not. I know that Spirit has the matter in hand: I just have to trust them and do the leg-work. The outcome is written in my soul chart. What’s to worry about?

Power on the third dimension Earth plane is all about push/shove/manipulate. True power, on the fifth dimension plane, is about release/surrender/trust. I was a master of the former, I intend to become a Master of the latter over the next twelve months.

Day by day I sense the falling away of the veil between the third dimension and fifth dimension. Sometimes I feel the energy of my Masters and teachers in Spirit right on my shoulder. They constantly tell me they are just a breath away: this awareness is becoming my reality.

Let’s look at the first quality of fifth dimensional energy I mentioned: release. On February 9^th, my birthday, I released – for all time – a connection that had been holding me back for countless lifetimes. I now marvel at the feeling of liberation. I was a prisoner and I didn’t know it!

It is tempting to beat myself up over how long it took me to release the connection. Instead I have chosen to forgive the person and forgive myself. There is far too much love and joy ahead of me, as written in my soul chart, to waste a moment on regret.

If you have a similar connection you are struggling to release, please trust your heart and let them go. If the person is not walking by your side now, loving you and encouraging your spiritual growth, they never will. Let them go, with love and light.

How are you going with your addictive attachments to the Earth plane? If you cannot live without your coffee, wine, sweet treat or shopping fix – despite regular reminders from me in blogs and articles – you are still entrenched in third dimensional energy.

My neighbour has quit smoking. After almost fifty years of smoking he has been smoke-free for five weeks. He’s a hero! Anyone who quits smoking is a hero: nicotine is a more powerful addiction than heroin. I have been smokefree for 28 years and it is a source of great pride.

The most important release of all is letting go of the notion that you are ‘too busy to meditate’. If you are so absorbed in third dimensional life that you believe you cannot find five minutes a day to link with Spirit, you’ll find the coming months an enormous struggle.

It is vital to link with Spirit every day. You wouldn’t go a day without checking your emails – think of meditation in the same light. Spirit is waiting to communicate with you! Your guides and teachers are patiently waiting for you to acknowledge them so they can support your Earth journey.

I would never dream of going back to my pre-meditation days. Looking back it seems like a black hole of loneliness and despair. I wouldn’t wish for anyone to stay in such a space when the love and light of Spirit is waiting…

You’ll be embracing the fifth dimension energy when you keep your life simple and live in the Now. Every morning I enjoy a pot of green tea as I catch up with my emails. Often I look up and realize that I drank the tea without even ‘experiencing’ it because I was so engrossed in reading emails.

I have decided that from now on I will do nothing else while I drink my tea each morning. I will sit and mindfully drink tea. Buddhism can teach us a great deal about mindfulness – living each moment mindfully, in the Now.

Great spiritual progress is possible on the Earth plane in coming months. It is your choice: it’s always your choice. Go well, God bless.

I am standing on the threshold of the biggest change in the past 23 years of this lifetime. As of 1^st April I will move to the North Island (NZ) and live alone for a while. I am not sure for how long but Spirit is guiding this path and I know intuitively I will be shown the way, step by step.

Life on Earth is a spiral of spiritual growth. If you do not attain your spiritual goal first time around, you will be presented with the same opportunity at a later turn of the spiral.

Twenty-three years ago I was living alone. I didn’t handle it as well as I would have liked so it comes as no surprise that I am repeating the lesson until I am satisfied.

I am becoming acutely aware of being surrounded by the love and light of Spirit. Love and light are the fifth dimension qualities that are lifting planet Earth out of the darkness of third dimensional reality. It is those qualities of love and light that are most influencing my life these days.

I am noticing and appreciating how precious love is: I never want to take it for granted. During my birthday dinner last night, the conversation was buzzing with good-natured bantering: it is one way my family expresses love.

I am sensing the incoming light more and more each day. When I think about the area I am moving to in the North Island, the image is always filled with sunlight. It is as if Spirit is leading me to my new home by shining a beacon of light for me to follow.

Spirit continues to send me clear signs to encourage me in my spiritual journey. The night before our property sold, a hawk swooped close by my kitchen window as I stood at the sink. Then it flew low over our land, as if in a final salute. I understood that something important was ahead…

As I move through each day, going with the flow moment by moment, I am struck by the complete absence of fear. It astounds me. I am finally realizing how much I used to project my energy into the future in the form of worry and fear.

Did I ever used to consider positive scenarios when I looked ahead? Rarely. My default position was along the lines of, ‘Something will go wrong. What will it be? It will reveal itself soon…’

I am releasing myself from this default position through practicing trust and surrender. I am also creating a new habit of ‘going with the flow’ to replace my outgrown worry/fear pattern. When I find myself straying to the old behavioural pattern I stop immediately and change tack.

I relate to this quote from ‘Being Fifth Dimensional’, a chapter in the book ’2012: Creating Your Own Shift’:

‘Your experience of reality oscillates with your state of consciousness. When your consciousness is expanded, your attention lies primarily on your fifth dimensional life…when your consciousness becomes constricted to the habits and chores of your third dimensional life, your perceptions are restricted to the physical world.’ (the Arcturians, through Suzanne Lie Ph.D).

The chapter discusses how we switch between third and fifth dimension realities depending on our energy levels. Fifth dimension reality involves almost instant manifestation: events happen very swiftly in that dimension. My house sold yesterday in a five minute phone call!

Sometimes we don’t have the energy to maintain such a breakneck pace of spiritual growth. That’s when we retreat to our mundane third dimensional reality and rest up. It is like steering your kayak out of the rapids into a quiet backwater to take a break from the non-stop action.

When you are living in fifth dimension reality, opportunities will appear ‘out of nowhere’. Two minutes ago, as I was writing this article, I received a phone call from an acquaintance asking me to give a talk at a spiritual group that I have never attended.

Did I hesitate? No, I agreed almost immediately for two reasons. Firstly, I checked quickly with my heart centre and it felt right. Secondly, Spirit has shown me that there are no random events in my life any more now that I am doing their work. So I knew it was a job for them!

That is a small example of trusting the incoming fifth dimensional energies. It may be that the talk is a trial run for the seminars I’ll be facilitating this year to back up my new ebook ‘Welcome To The Fifth Dimension!’ Spirit is in charge of my mission – they give me the next stage when the time is right.

Your own spiritual journey may feel shaky at times; two steps forward, one back. However if you are aiming steadily towards the incoming love and light, you cannot fail. That is a guarantee from Spirit. One day you will find yourself living in the joyful, peaceful fifth dimension. Onwards and upwards, friend!

After a deep meditation, my spirit teacher colleague and friend Claudius ‘meets me’, bearing in mind this all takes place in a non-physical vibration.

We spend time together in a meadow by a stream in the fifth dimension. It’s very relaxing sitting on the bank of the stream, dipping our toes in the crystal-clear warm water. As usual I ask him about progress on the Earth plane…

He says, ‘The bizarre situation of the cruise liner tipping up in shallow waters is an analogy for life on Earth right now.’

‘Seemingly bizarre things like that will occur more often. It is happening to open people’s eyes to the madness of the planet. That is the purpose of such events – to shock people into seeing how absurd life has become. A ship grounding is a good analogy for the third dimension world at the moment.’

‘For people who are moving gently into the fifth dimension energies, none of these strange events will touch you. They will just be happening out there somewhere, on the periphery of your life.’

‘If you make love the centre of your life, you will be living in a bubble of the fifth dimension vibration, protected and un-influenced by what is going on around you. Love is the bubble; love is the fifth dimension.’

Claudius says to me, ‘Please just role-model that for people. Look for love every day. Feel it in your heart. You will know it when you see it. And most importantly, when you see examples where love is not present, just step away. You are not being called upon – any of you – to martyr yourself now. Nor have you ever been asked to do that.’

‘If people do not respond to your love, let them go. Just know that it was not meant to be. There are others who will come in to replace them. What is happening now on Earth is that everyone is magnetically gathering their soul group around them.’

‘Not all members of the soul group will respond to the magnetic call to join together. Some are deeply imbedded in their third dimension reality. They will choose to stay there, out on the edge, away from the warmth of the fire, the heart of their inner soul group. They will be outcasts of their own choosing.’

Claudius says, ‘There is nothing you can do for them. They see the fire, the inner glow of their soul group, but the pull of the material world is so great they cannot bring themselves to respond to the magnetic energies radiating from their soul group.’

‘There is nothing you can do. Those souls are being taken care of in that vibration, but they have chosen to stay there. Just pray for them and let them know that you are there for them.’

I have a sense of spiritually-aware souls all over the Earth putting out their arms and bringing in their group. These little communities of light are popping up now all over the world. I got a quick image of drops of oil in water, how they are drawn together magnetically. Some drops (souls) are just too far away. Claudius does emphasize that it is of their own choosing.

This year every being on Earth will make their own choice and respond to where they are most drawn to be. Light is radiating out from all the little communities of souls gathering together. Claudius is indicating that it is a beautiful thing to see from the spirit realms, how much light is pulsating on Earth at the moment.

He says, ‘It might not feel like it when you are on the Earth plane, but there is a lot of light being sent down to the Earth, and being generated from the Earth to create this band of energy. It is the Photon belt – it is a self-creating energy coming in from above, and being generated from below, ever extending outwards.’

‘The mother ships are drawing close, watching fondly over all on the Earth. They say the plan is unfolding as intended.’ I feel myself watching over the Earth as if from one of the mother ships. It is just a waiting game.

Claudius is showing me that it is all perfect. Everybody’s roles are all planned out – it is all perfect. There is no wrong way to do this. It is just what it is at this moment.

I ask Claudius about the theory of the Earth tipping over. He says, ‘It is not on the table as an option. We don’t envisage such large scale destruction for humanity. We are trying, through smaller events, to inspire people to a much more gentle process.’

It is still about water though – cleansing through flooding, heavy rain. Claudius says that even droughts are a cleansing of a kind. He says there is still a little way to go before Mother Earth is balanced. She will continue her process.

Claudius says, ‘Feel the angelic energy around you – it is very close. You will feel the angels when you feel the lightness in your heart. Stop at that moment and acknowledge that they are there. These beautiful beings come with great love. They respond to your gratitude and joy at their presence.’

‘Invite them into your heart when it feels heavy: they will lift your heart and bring you peace again. That is what they are there for – they are on standby. Their greatest pleasure in life is to bring you happiness. Invite them in. They are beside you always.’

This message is for all of humanity from the angelic realms: ‘We are on standby for the benefit of humanity. Please embrace our beautiful energies of unconditional love. There is no need to suffer on the Earth plane – put your arms out and we will be there for you. We do this with great love for humanity.’

The first day of 2012 set the intent for the rest of this pivotal year in your current lifetime. What were you doing on New Year’s Day? Who were you spending the day with? Are those people your ‘tribe’, your soul group family? Did your heart sing that day, knowing that you are on track with your mission for this lifetime?

Take a moment to write down your answers to those questions…I’ll wait :).

Your answers provide valuable information that will help you to understand how 2012 will unfold for you. If you don’t like your answers to the questions, it is not too late to pick yourself up and start again. The month of January is a shakedown period, a time of grace, before the real action of the year begins.

My own answers highlighted the truth of my soul group Earthly connections. Some powerful lessons were learned on New Year’s Day. Thankfully, with a lot of help from Spirit, a fresh start has been agreed on and it is onwards and upwards from now on, in love and light.

I am experiencing frustration that I have little work at present, mostly due to the holidays. Spirit assures me that I need to rest before the full power of 2012 is unleashed on my life and I get busy beyond belief. My soul sees the truth of this message; my lower self says, ‘Yeah, right.’

Yesterday I was feeling low so I had a fifth dimension visit to seek guidance and reassurance. While I was in Spirit, one of my teachers stood with his arm around my shoulder. Suddenly a beautiful rainbow appeared in front of us. He said, ‘Never forget this rainbow. This is my gift to you.’ Needless to say that gesture brought tears.

Last night I went to bed early to read. It was still light outside, and the sky was clearing after a few hours of light rain. I went to close the curtains but something made me keep them open to enjoy the sky which was full of interesting clouds.

I re-read my fifth dimension visit notes from the afternoon session. As I read the last words I looked up and there in the sky, right outside my bedroom window, was a wonderful double rainbow. I instinctively said, ‘Wow, thank you!’

I immediately wrote at the end of my fifth dimension notes, ‘Spirit, I will never doubt you again.’ The thing is, I don’t doubt Spirit. However when life gets tough it is tempting to feel as if you have been abandoned on a cruel, heartless planet to suffer until you eventually die.

That is why meditation, prayer and regressions are vital to your spiritual wellbeing: they remind you that you are not alone. You are never alone on Earth. I am being told that the spiritual helpers for each one of us are so close to us now, guiding our every step – if we will listen!

A friend is struggling to make a big life decision. I was told yesterday that he is surrounded by spiritual guides every moment but he is shutting them out through various means, including over-working. His spirit guides are waiting to help. If you are reading this (you know who you are!) please know it is true. This advice is true for whoever reads these words.

So, what is in store for 2012? Will it annoy you to know it is just more of the same? Maybe more intense versions of events of 2011, but business as usual all the same…

What will be different is your perception of time. If you have refused to believe up until now that time is ‘disappearing’ you will be left in no doubt of that reality this year.

It’s like you have been paddling happily around in your little hire dingy all this lifetime and now the guy on the shore is yelling at you through his megaphone: ‘Number 24, come in, your time is up!’ You don’t argue with the guy with the megaphone.

Here are my two bits of advice for 2012. They are very simple…

One: Stick close to Spirit. Meditate every day in some way, whether it is a two minute catch-up in bed before you get up in the morning, or a five minute link-in during your lunch break. Please don’t say you haven’t got time – if you’ve got time to drink a coffee, you have time to be with Spirit.

Two: Sit down for a quiet thirty minutes as soon as possible and ask your heart this question: ‘What is my unfinished business for this lifetime?’ When your mind is still, your heart will whisper the reply. Then fix it! Do whatever it takes to complete your unfinished business for this lifetime because this opportunity will never come again.

If you are doing number One every day, you will be shown number Two clearly. And one day while you are communicating with Spirit, they will indicate that your karma is all finished, completed, and you are finally free.

I was shown this week that I am free of karma. Whatever unfinished business still lingers in my relationships, it is the responsibility of the other person, not me. I am now just a mirror for them to learn from and grow spiritually, but I have no karmic business any more.

Phew! Once again, I had no idea what I would write. I sat down in front of my laptop, said to Spirit, ‘Okay guys, hit it!’ and this is what transpired.

It is my final fifth dimension visit for 2011. Mother Mary says, ‘Let’s go…’ She tucks my arm under hers and there’s a sense of a click of the heels, like Mary Poppins, then we are off – flying. Our feet land on the ground in a meadow in the fifth dimension It is one of my favourite places. I sense trees, beautiful blue sky, a rainbow.

Mother Mary is imprinting in my mind that the rainbow is being given to me as a sign of hope. She says I must remember this rainbow when I have doubts. Rainbows are direct gifts from God for humanity. When you are favoured with a rainbow you know that you are on track for your soul purpose, and that all is well.

I ask Mother Mary about the unfolding situation for humanity. She says, ‘I won’t beat around the bush – the situation is serious.’ I get an image of chaos, global protests over the economy.

She says, ‘More and more of that is coming. There will be revolution: that will bring upon the change for humanity just as much as any natural disaster. Because that (revolution) is humanity’s role in ascending to the fifth dimension.’

Mother Earth is doing the natural disasters, like earthquakes and floods, but humanity’s role is to stand up and speak our truth. Mother Mary says, ‘Humanity must do it. The time has come to step out of the darkness into the light. It is about bringing everything into the light.’

I get an image of someone holding a baby up to the light. It is innocence that must come into the light – it has been trampled on for far too long.

Mother Mary is imprinting into my mind, ‘As an individual, if you speak your truth and everyone on Earth speaks their truth every day of their lives, this is the revolution. Revolution is many people gathering en masse to protest, but it is also a quiet revolution within each person. You must speak your truth.’

I get a strong sense that all things hidden – marital affairs, people hiding money, bullying – everything under the surface has to come up to the light. Then suddenly I get an image of – whoosh! – something rising up out of the ocean. It is an island suddenly rising out of the depths into the light – that is the process that is happening on Earth.

Mother Mary confirms that it is a process. It is not one big momentous event, date or situation that is going to be pivotal to the ascension: it is an on-going process. As the hidden things arise to be transmuted into the light, Mother Earth ascends. She is ascending as a result of everything that is happening on Earth. It is not that she is ascending in spite of it, she is ascending because of it.

This process of transmuting the darkness into light is causing Mother Earth to ascend, and we are all taking part in it. It is a very beautiful thing. It feels like a pattern. I get a sudden image of someone knitting, using a pattern, the needles flying furiously!

A tapestry is a more apt description. We are weaving together the ascension – we are all taking part, even those who are fighting it because they feel that they are being forced into the light. If they choose not to go with the light they will be staying in the darkness and will experience whatever that darkness entails, whether it is volcanic eruption (I saw lava flowing) earthquakes or tsunamis.

If those people stay firmly grounded in their dark place, whatever Mother Earth has to bring in to cleanse herself they will experience it, because they haven’t moved up into the light. Those people who are moving up and staying in the light are letting go of their secrets. Anything hidden – it has all got to be brought to the light. It’s about the light…

Mother Mary is imprinting so clearly on my mind to tell people, ‘Step into the light. Step into the light – it is all around you.’

I am being told that time marches on: time waits for no man (or woman!) especially now. So whatever your unfinished business is for this lifetime, do it now – do it now. Your opportunity to do it is disappearing. It must be done, certainly by the end of 2012.

I get an image of a little island – if you could see 2012 as an island where you can go and have everything you have ever wanted. But you have got to work to get there. You have got to release everything that is not relevant and appropriate in your life and you will be on that island.

It can be a beautiful place: 2012 can be a beautiful place if you are doing the work on yourself and releasing. Release every day, just release, let it go.

Mother Mary is holding my hand. She says, ‘Everyone can do it. Please reassure people that there are no ‘special cases’. Every single person has access to the light. Everyone can be on that beautiful island in the year 2012 if they will just release, let go and move into the light.’

She says, ‘Open your arms – symbolically and literally – to the beautiful incoming light. The light is like the sun but of course it cannot harm you. The light only has beauty, peace and love while obviously the Earthly sun can burn you. The light of Spirit cannot harm you. Just raise your face towards the light.’

‘See 2012 as being like a tropical island – a place of great beauty and peace – and that is what you will create for yourself.’

Everything that happens in your life happens for a reason. There are no random events, particularly for lightworkers. I remind myself of this frequently, especially during trying times.

My property has been on the market for three months, with no buyer thus far. I have sold two houses within the last six years, so I know all about the angst of selling property. The first house took nine months to sell: I was so stressed during that time I could barely breathe. The second house took six months to sell: I wasn’t quite as stressed but still experienced a lot of anxiety.

This time I was determined that the property sale would be a fifth dimension experience, full of acceptance for how it will unfold. And I was doing really well – until yesterday. Suddenly acceptance, faith and hope melted away and I was staring anxiety in the face once more…

This morning I had a significant Aha! moment. I realized that the house will not sell if I give in to this third dimension doubt and fear. It will only sell if I remain in my accepting, hopeful fifth dimension vibration!

I know that the plan is already in place for the house sale. The purchaser will come along at the right time, as agreed by all involved before we incarnated into this lifetime. That is how the lives of every single person on the planet are planned, down to the tiniest detail.

But – and it is a big but – we can always exercise our free will at any moment and reject our own self-created plan. You will know if it is happening: There will be an inner sense of warning, ‘Don’t do that…’ Your intuition is your constant guide, navigating you through the highways and byways of your life.

My intuition tells me that everything is fine right now – nothing is amiss with selling the property. Spirit told me this morning during my meditation, ‘Everything is taken care of, you must not worry! It is all about timing. Please trust us.’

I have coped well these last three months, sticking to my daily disciplines of prayer and meditation, exercising and eating well. My basic routine is particularly effective during difficult times. Also there are several factors that have played a big part in boosting my morale: Salsa dancing, water ‘therapy’, laughter and gratitude.

Salsa dancing has been a complete revelation to me. I started the classes seven weeks ago thinking it would be a bit of fun with two girlfriends. The three of us have been surprised at how much we love it – salsa has got into our hearts and brought us a great deal of pleasure and fun.

The secret with salsa dancing is quite simple: when I am twirling around the dance floor, caught up in the thrill of moving to the fast beat of the music, I am totally in the moment. There is no time to think about your worries in the middle of a salsa dance! Living in the moment is the essence of fifth dimension life.

Water therapy always soothes my ruffled nerves. When I hop into my kayak, walk along the beach, or sink into a bubble bath I am instantly restored to my joyful fifth dimensional state. I am fortunate to live close to the sea, so water therapy is a short drive away. But you can always take a shower or walk in the rain to enjoy the healing power of water.

Laughter is my daily tonic. I cannot imagine my life without laughter. Last night our family played an hilarious game of ‘Cranium’. It is a time to be completely silly, make a fool of yourself, and laugh as others do the same. I adore the shared experience of laughter with my loved ones.

Gratitude matches the heartbeat of our universe. Gratitude says ‘ I love and appreciate everything in this, our co-created universe.’ If there is one quality that speaks of fifth dimension vibration it is gratitude, followed closely by generosity.

I have so much to be grateful for – so much love, so much joy, and so much to look forward to for the rest of this, my last lifetime on Earth. My soul group friends are precious beyond words. They are my greatest gift on the Earth plane, and give me strength when I don’t think I can go on…

I have a card on my desk which reads: ‘Faith is a bird that feels dawn breaking and sings while it is still dark.’ That card has helped me through dark times in recent years. Faith is about believing in the existence of something you cannot see, whether that thing is a house purchaser or the Creator.

My struggle has never been about believing in the existence of unseen things – my struggle has been about not trusting the when and the how of events taking place. I crave details that cannot be known beforehand because of the free will of other participants. Therefore, much as I like to think I have strong faith, I don’t. My faith is conditional.

Fifth dimension life places no conditions on anything, whether it be love, joy or faith. This beautiful high vibration is limitless, expansive, forever. Why would anyone, including me, want to try and contain that kind of awesome energy?

Spirit never abandons us in our hour of need. Yesterday a hawk (my totem bird) flew right past my office window. It was an unmistakable sign from Spirit, just minutes before the start of the open home to sell our property. After the open home I felt quite flat because there were no obvious buyers amongst the people who came.

This morning a hawk flew right up to the dining room window as I ate breakfast. How churlish of me not to see these signs for what they are – direct proof of Spirit’s affection and support for me. Every time they send a hawk I say ‘thank you’. I am always in awe of how Spirit makes its presence known at the time I need it most.

The most important thing you need to remember about your life is the fact that you are never alone, ever. Your team of spirit guides and teachers hovers close to you every moment of every day you are on the Earth plane.

Why would you ignore such a priceless gift? All you have to do is ask for their help. Do it now. What do you most need help with, right at this minute? Make a request to Spirit. Say it aloud or in your head, but ask for their help because they cannot come to your aid until you request it.

The universe has its own special timing, so let go of expectations of when you will receive your answers/solution. And you only need to ask once – Spirit doesn’t need reminding every five minutes. Once your request is lodged Upstairs, trust that it will be taken care of…

I know miracles will happen in your life. Why do I know that? Because they have happened in my own life. Ask for miracles, expect to receive them, and they will happen. Go well, my friend.
