Spirit tells me that I need to let go of every illusion of ‘security’. I am to find my anchor for the journey ahead within. I am discovering the secret to staying positive amid the shifting sands: staying in the moment. I am learning to find my anchor within myself, within each moment. Phew! Big lesson.

So today I am taking life slowly, hour by hour, as my vibration adjusts to another influx of change – I start my new job on Monday. I am not afraid, and I have no desire to go back to my old life. I am totally committed to welcoming in the beautiful fifth dimension energy on Earth. Onwards and upwards!

I no longer watch television or read newspapers. Television lost its attraction long ago. However reading the newspaper was a daily compulsion, fuelled by my journalistic need to know ‘What is going on in the world.’ This year newspapers suddenly seemed like a waste of time. The ‘news’ was usually related to death and financial ruin. I cancelled my subscription on 30^th March and don’t miss it at all.

These days I do not recognize the person I was even four months ago. So much has changed! Today I read the article below and related to every word. This morning I received this message from Spirit during my meditation:

‘Try to convey to your readers your sense of excitement and anticipation. We are on the threshold of the most extraordinary time in the history of the universe. It is difficult to contemplate from your human viewpoint. But please trust us! We are watching over developments with great excitement and compassion for the human race. Signs will start to appear in coming weeks and months – well before the end of the year.’

What are these signs? The website www.the2012scenario.com features many channelled articles from Spirit which indicate that we could well expect to see space ships. And why not? Common sense would tell you that we are not alone in the galaxy or universe.

Now here is the tricky part. How will you cope when your eyes see things that your brain cannot begin to process? I have thought about this conundrum countless times. This is what I have decided: I accept that my emotions will go into deep shock in the first instance of meeting a space brother or sister. There is nothing in physical reality to prepare me for such an event.

However, I hope that all my meditation and internet reading will aid me to recover quickly, and be of service to calm the fears of humanity. As I write these words, I am experiencing a strong sense of deja vu. This could well be the whole point of my mission on Earth – those first vital minutes when our friends from other planets and dimensions appear before us.

If you are reading these words and thinking, ‘She is crazy!’ that is absolutely fine with me. I have let go of any concerns about being judged for my beliefs. I am here to reassure, advise and comfort those people who do relate to these words.

The most important thing I can say to reassure you as events escalate on the Earth plane is: please don’t be afraid! You have far more to fear from the crumbling third dimension reality. Our friends from other planets and dimensions are so loving and compassionate, which you will quickly discover as events unfold…

Of course people who are mired in third dimensional fear will not open their minds to the possibility that non-Earthly beings could be loving and compassionate. Social conditioning has caused deep divisions in humanity’s awareness of itself, whether the difference be skin colour or sexual orientation. Number one fact: beneath the skin-suits, we are all One!

Here is my advice on how to live through the upcoming Shift. There is nothing new here – you have heard it all before:

• Release all out-dated relationships and activities from your life. There is no room for stowaways! Every negative third dimensional person in your life is holding you back. Look around – you will see the loving fifth dimensional souls waiting to be with you.
• Stay in close touch with Spirit. Meditate, pause often during the day, walk, bathe. Do whatever it takes to create space to be with Spirit – that is where all love and reassurance resides. Make the most of the connection with your loving angels, guides and teachers.
• Forget about the past and the future. Sure you can plan for the future, but put outcomes in the hands of your Spirit guides and teachers. And the past? You have been there, done that…
• Maintain a positive, open mind at all times, to combat third dimensional fear. We are still living partially in the dying third dimensional reality so fear will arise. When it does, lift your vibration to your heart centre and feel the love of Spirit. The fear will vanish.

Finally, a reminder that our space brothers and sisters are not here to influence or interfere with Mother Earth’s ascension process. Mother Earth, and humanity, are subject to the law of free will, therefore no one can interfere with events as they unfold.

But – if we ask for help, our space brothers and sisters can be there in a flash! That is why millions of them draw close to the Earth plane at this time. These are highly-evolved light beings who want nothing more than for us to join them in the beautiful higher dimensions – if we choose.

Why do I ever doubt my friends in Spirit? They keep reassuring me that we work as a team. I am ‘down here’, they are ‘up there’ but we are doing this together. My lesson is all about trust.

Conditions on Earth are very difficult now, so you are gaining immense spiritual growth through overcoming challenges. You are a light warrior! You are doing battle for humanity. Now the ‘war’ is drawing to a close and you can end the experience with courage and honour. Oh, and don’t forget humour: very important for keeping perspective.

My personal challenges today? Slow internet, rain, wet washing, caravan…:)

Gratitude is hugely important during challenging times. It has rained for 24 hours straight but my new location is warm, for which I am very grateful. I don’t do cold well! I feel calm, strong and optimistic. I know I am surrounded by love, both physical and non-physical. All things are possible with Spirit and love.

I feel very lucky to have experienced motherhood on planet Earth – it is incomparable for understanding the power of love. Love and light are the same: the more love you give out, the more light you radiate, therefore raising your vibration. There is no finer way to do it than through the unconditional love of relationships, especially parenthood. God bless all you mothers out there.

Take a moment to consider the people in your own life: do they match your energy? If there are some people who don’t, it is perfectly acceptable to let them drift away. If you allow them to stay, you are depriving yourself of the lovely people waiting to be with you…

Think of yourself as living unconsciously on Earth up until now – ‘asleep’ to your true existence as Spirit. Ascension just means that you will be awake to your true existence as Spirit all the time. It is happening now, gradually. You are moving away from living unconsciously in the cold darkness of the third dimension into living in full consciousness in the warmth and love of the fifth dimension. Onwards and upwards!

Before I came to my new location, I worried that I would be bored and lonely in my caravan, and that I wouldn’t find work. The reality is I am busy all day, there is plenty of company, and I now have work! It demonstrates that worry is a waste of time. Trust in Spirit.
